Ty’s Legacy
Corporal Grade One Matthew “Ty” Snook lived a life defined by courage, loyalty, and deep devotion to his family.
As a Delaware State Trooper, he served his community with integrity and unwavering commitment. But beyond the badge, Ty was first and foremost a husband and a father.
His greatest pride was his family.
The Ty Snook Foundation was created in his honor to carry forward the values he lived by — protection, service, and standing watch for others.
Just as Ty spent his life protecting his community, this foundation exists to stand beside the families who carry the legacy of those who served.
WHAT WE ARE BUILDING
The Ty Snook Foundation is committed to creating a community where families and children are supported not only in moments of loss, but in the years that follow.
Through connection, shared experiences, and meaningful support, the foundation will bring together families who understand one another in ways the outside world often cannot.
This will include opportunities for children and surviving parents to gather, grow, and build lasting relationships with others who share their journey.
Because community matters, and no family should have to navigate this road alone.
